CONSTRUCTION AND VALIDATION OF MATHEMATICAL SATISFACTION QUESTIONNAIRE: AN EXPLORATORY AND CONFIRMATORY FACTOR ANALYSIS

Mathematics satisfaction can drive students to work harder in math class. Thus, it is vital assess the of learners using an instrument intervene teaching and learning process. There are research studies that have independently developed questionnaires measure students' mathematics satisfaction, but most them focused on with mathematical resources online courses. previously instruments had limitations. The purpose this study was develop validate a questionnaire for students. Face validation, content exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory reliability testing were used construct instrument. initial draft has 44 items divided into five categories: skill, real-life, academic, praise, task completion. study's sample included 317 from Nueva Ecija University Science Technology – Gabaldon campus. validity test assessed by ten instructors professors Aiken's V technique. examined analysis. coefficient ranged 0.73-0.87, which adequate index.
